Yes. Many participants utilize this program to navigate high-stakes transitions. The curriculum provides the strategic precision needed to gain clarity, while your private Executive Integration Session is specifically designed to bridge these frameworks with your unique professional trajectory.

To maintain a high-touch, confidential environment for peer learning and professional growth, each cohort is strictly capped at 5 participants.

  • Executive Cohort Sessions provide a collaborative space for strategic learning, peer perspectives, and collective problem-solving.

  • Private Executive Integration provides a dedicated 1:1 session focused on personal leadership anchors and applying the curriculum to your specific organizational context.

Program Structure & Logistics

All sessions are conducted live and are highly interactive. To protect the confidentiality of the cohort and encourage open dialogue, we prioritize live attendance. However, recordings are provided within 24 hours for review or in the event of an unavoidable professional conflict.

Sessions are hosted via Zoom. To facilitate executive presence and foster deeper cohort connection, participants are expected to join via video in a quiet, professional environment.

If you miss a group session, you can catch up via the recording. Your private Executive Integration Session is a dedicated high-value touchpoint. To maintain the program’s momentum, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling needs.

Yes! While sessions are in U.S. Central Time (CT), participants are welcome from any location.

All strategic frameworks, session materials, and communication are managed securely through OneDrive and email to ensure seamless integration into your workflow.

Commitment & Accountability

To ensure the highest ROI for yourself and your cohort, we expect a commitment to full presence. This includes:

  • Consistent Engagement: Attending all five live sessions and contributing to the collective intelligence of the group.

  • Commitment to Confidentiality: Maintaining a secure space for honest, high-stakes leadership dialogue.

  • Ownership of Growth: Proactively applying the program’s frameworks to your daily leadership challenges.

The small group size is designed specifically to foster a high level of trust. While sharing specific details is always at your discretion, the most significant breakthroughs often occur during the strategic cohort deep dives, where peer perspectives illuminate new paths to visionary leadership.
